Grace Eby grew up on an organic vegetable farm, where her passion for plants and trees began. After moving to Florida, she pursued her dream of becoming a certified arborist. Grace completed an apprenticeship under renowned arborists Simon and Karre and earned her certification, solidifying her expertise in tree care. With over eight years in the industry, she continues to expand her knowledge, bringing dedication, precision, and a deep respect for nature to every project.

Matthew Eby was raised in Michigan, where he studied forestry in high school before serving eight years in the United States Marine Corps. Following his service, he pursued his goal of becoming a certified arborist. Matthew is trained in First Aid and CPR and holds OSHA 10 certification, ensuring that all projects are completed safely and professionally.

After moving to Florida, Grace and Matthew met and quickly discovered their shared passion for trees and the outdoors. Together, they founded Refresh Tree Service with the goal of providing expert tree care and landscaping services while delivering exceptional customer service and peace of mind to every client.
